Terms of use
Updated November 1, 2026
These are the terms of using Plando. In short: use it for yourself, don’t abuse it, and remember the AI can make mistakes.
Who provides Plando
Plando is provided by Vadym Sainiuk, Ukraine (“we”). For any question, write to plando.support@gmail.com.
What Plando is
Plando is an app for tasks, notes, shopping and reminders on Android and Windows. It uses AI to parse what you say or type, and syncs your cards between your devices through your account.
Plando is free right now. If paid features come, we’ll describe them and their price in advance, and what’s there today stays free.
Your account
- You can use Plando without an account, but parsing and sync only work with one.
- You sign in with a code sent to your email or with Google. You’re responsible for access to your email and your Google account.
- One account is for one person.
- You can delete your account any time, see Delete your account.
What you write
Everything you write down in Plando is yours. We process it only to make Plando work, as described in the privacy policy. We don’t sell data or show ads.
What’s not allowed
- using Plando for anything illegal;
- trying to break into, overload or get around the limits of the service;
- automatically sending huge numbers of captures or AI requests;
- pretending to be someone else.
If an account abuses the service, we may limit it, for example turn off AI parsing, or block it.
The AI and reminders
- The AI parses phrases automatically and can get the date, the time or the meaning wrong. Check what matters.
- Your device’s system holds the reminders. Battery saving, turned-off permissions or a force-stopped app can delay or stop them.
- Don’t rely on Plando where a missed reminder puts health, safety or a lot of money at risk, such as medication on a strict schedule.
Other services
Google sign-in, the Telegram bot and connecting Claude or ChatGPT work under those services’ own rules, and their terms apply separately from these.
Plando “as is”
We do our best to keep Plando reliable, but we don’t promise it will always work without interruptions or errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using Plando or from being unable to use it. Your consumer rights that a contract can’t limit still apply.
Changes and ending
We may change Plando and these terms. We’ll tell you about important changes in the app in advance. You can stop using Plando and delete your account any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
